Black spaghettis stir-fry

Quick dinner for 2 – Alternative name … Randomness!


  • ½ red pepper



  • ½ yellow pepper
  • ½ courgette
  • ½ red onion
  • 5 medium cherry tomatoes
  • 1 stock cubes
  • 100grs of mince meat
  • 5 garlic cloves
  • A hand full of green beans
  • 1 small chilli pepper
  • Basil, tahini, salt and white pepper
  • 3 table spoons of Olive oil
  • 200grs black spaghettis

Start by prepping and chopping/mince/slice everything that needs chopping/mincing/slicing, set aside.


In a deep pan boil salted water and cook the spaghetti for 5-8 minutes depending how you like yours. Rinse and set aside.

In a hot wok, add the oil and stir in the mincemeat, onion and garlic for 5 minutes. Add the vegetables and stir for 5 minutes, then add the basil, stock, tahini, stock cube, chilli and pasta stir and cover for another 5 minutes.

I used the tahini, to serve as cream, but if you have crème fraiche, use it instead. The mincemeat can be replaced by slices of chicken or smoked ham.

I’d never done this before, it tasted really good.
